SUDO Payroll processes employee and contractor payroll data on behalf of your employer. This notice describes what we collect, why, and your rights.
We process this data to run payroll, generate reports, and meet legal record-keeping obligations (typically 7 years for payroll records in the US).
Data is stored in a MySQL database hosted by DreamHost. Email is sent via your organization’s SMTP provider.
Payroll and time-entry records are retained for statutory periods. When an account is removed, personal identifiers may be anonymized while payroll history is preserved.
Contact your payroll administrator to request access, correction, or erasure of your personal data where applicable law allows.
SUDO Payroll only uses cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to run the application:
